My boyfriend and I joined Studio 22 Fitness a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. It is clean, friendly, and has all of the right equipment for a great workout. Plus being open 24/7 is so convenient. This facility outweighs that awful big box one we came from by every aspect. Thank you Studio 22!
Athletic training with Zack was really fun. Zack listened to my goals, and set up a nice program that I could follow on my own. He was careful to point out proper form to prevent injury and target certain muscle groups. Scheduling was easy and worked well with my busy schedule.
I have been a member since 2019. I cancelled my membership in 2020 during COVID and signed up again at the end of 2022. The owners are so wonderful and accommodating, and friendly! The gym itself is always clean, and has a lot of equipment. My only complaint/concern would be the amount of HS kids that go there. I have gone both late at night, and early in the morning, and there's always HS kids goofing around. They deserve to be there as everyone else, but they distract everyone from working out. They are loud, always dropping weights, and clanking the machines together. Other than that, it's the best gym I have joined! It being 24/7 makes it all more worth it.
