Been coming 5 days/week for last 6 months. The whole place is kept very neat and is constantly being cleaned and restocked by friendly and hard working cleaning personnel. I find the locker room in particular very well looked after, clean and pleasant. Also very friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk. There are many good things to say about this location: it has all the machines you need and they are high quality; having access to an indoor pool near NYC is huge. Cant speak to the crowdedness because I usually come right around when they open and then the space is quite empty. I had an Equifit Assessment scheduled and ended up leaving after waiting for a long period of time. The front desk acted like I was not even there. I was not informed if my trainer was running late or if something happened. Nothing. Very unprofessional.
