“After several months of trying to get rid of bed bugs using pesticides from the hardware store I realized that the problem was getting worse. I was told about heat treatment and Bed Bug Rx was recommended. Lance came out and setup the heat treatment. A few days later he came back and picked up the equipment and everything was fine. Unfortunately we found another bug so I called Lance and without hesitation he came back to retreat on a Sunday. We are bed Bug free and sleeping much better now. I highly recommend Bed Bug Rx, Lance is very accommodating and knowledgeable.“

“Guy came out. He did his job. He set some traps. He checked the perimeter of the house and all around the inside. He gave me some tips on how to keep the pest out. he went above and beyond very polite. Hopefully that did the trick, and when he comes back in a couple weeks or a month, the problem will be solved. Price was reasonable for the service.“

Wind, rain, lighting.....he doesn't stop. I'm impressed. All this after the owner called me back the same day and set up a bat inspection even though they were booked solid. “I called them because we had a bee problem in our basement they came to my house and said hey you have a bee problem I said yes that's why I called you. they had no idea where the bees were coming from and said to call us if we find out where they are, Next day got a bill for $140. For what I asked, they said our technician had to get into his car and drive over the two blocks to come to your house. they did no treatment guy walked in the door and said you have a bee problem, did not look at anything else did not even walk around our outside of house. I did find the hive and was told sorry we don't go on roofs, really. I called Logan Pest Removal at 716-370-6125, they removed the hive and charged less than this company billed me for doing NOTHING. Logan Pest Solutions wouldnt charge me unless they removed the problem, which they did in 30 mins. update: they called a few days later, apologized and updated our bill to a zero balance in the end they did the right thing“
