“We had a Carpenter Ant problem in one area of our house, mainly the outside area. I called Amherst Exterminators, the next day we were already on the schedule. Amherst Exterminators sent Vinny B and it took him 30 to 45mins. He flushed out our Carpenter Ants, then he did a bait and preventative spray. To make matters even better, Vinny even arrived ahead of his quoted time of 2:15PM. He even explained we needed to do to help minimize the Carpenter ants and told us we could do it anytime. To make matters even better, Vinny B was a nice exterminator. He gave us his card. Yes we will be calling Amherst Exterminators again when we need them. I wish I could give Amherst Exterminators and Vinny more than five stars oh well. They deserve 5 stars. Amherst Exterminators was also reasonable for Carpenter Ants as well.
