From the moment I walked in, every staff member (from the front desk team to the dental assistant) was phenomenal. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely intentional in the care they provided.

I immediately felt welcomed and at ease, which made a stressful situation so much more manageable. Dr. Choi is, without a doubt, the best dentist who has ever treated me. Her skill as a dentist is second to none. She was efficient, timely, and incredibly informative, taking the time to explain everything I needed to know so I could move forward in the best way possible.

“I chose Winning Smiles in Buffalo even though it is an hour drive from my home for various reasons. They corrected my daughters lip tie as an infant. I was impressed with their care then. Which was a big factor as to why I brought my now 3 year old and 1 year old daughters in for their first dental appointments.
