“Cronin Plumbing and Heating provided and installed a new boiler to heat the house when the old tank broke apart. I have had many plumbers work in my old house over the last 24 years, and I can honestly say none of them compared to the Cronin team. Their work ethic is impressive, their manner unfailingly polite, their knowledge-base deep, and their workmanship supreme. They also were exceedingly generous; for instance, they fixed the new water heater, installed by another plumber a couple of weeks earlier, correcting his mistakes (code violations) for no extra charge. Fixing his mistakes involved attaching new copper pipes to the water heater, among other things, for which they did not even charge extra. Not only that, despite several calls and texts, the other plumber never came back to take away the old badly rusted water heater, so two of the Cronin plumbers carried it away and put it in their own truck, again at no extra charge. They also were the only plumbers who came to look at my old boiler to try to figure out if they could fix it before deciding I needed a new one. And, when in addition to all that, a pipe burst due to the cold in the middle of their job, and when it was impossible to find a contractor to break the wall open to find the pipe (plumbers don't do that), the owner got a contractor to come the next day, when contractors were busy all over with burst pipes) just as a favor to him. Oh, and the additional charge for fixing the burst pipe was more than reasonable. I could go on and on about all that they did that they didn't have to; like give me a new thermostat and install new valves on my radiators, but I'd be writing for quite a while. All of the five plumbers and plumbers-in-training he has working for him were excellent, and his front-office person, so responsive to my questions, and an overall total sweetheart. They're all terrific.“

“My experience with Harris Plumbing & Heating (184 Glenmore Ave) was phenomenal! I would give them an A++++++ for the exceptional service that they provided for my water heater install. Let's start with Murshell, at the front desk. The customer service that she provided was amazing! She was polite, knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many times I called her. Then there was Chris, who came out to do inspection before the water heater was installed to make sure that he knew what was required and needed to complete the job. He then provided me with prompt, up front, estimates and proposals to ensure that I knew what the job would entail and cost before we even got started. Once, I accepted the proposal, the water heater was promptly ordered and the installation date was set up. Two technician, Audley and Anthony then performed the removal and cart away of the old water heater and the installation of the new AO Smith water heater. Both gentlemen did an excellent job and as the new heater was replacing a 20 year old water heater, the new install required new fittings and plumbing adjustments to align with the new heater. Audley expertly made those adjustments, installed the new heater and checked his work for leaks. It was only after he was fully satisfied with his work that he signed off on the job. My new water heater is installed and doing the job that it was meant to do. Thanks to everyone one involved in the process from start to finish!
