They went above and beyond with the alterations - removing the zipper, creating a beautiful corset panel in its place, and even hemming the train to make a matching ribbon for the corset. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were flawless, and the dress fits perfectly now.

“Very clean and good safe location. Sundays the laundromat area is open but no staff on premises, if you are there at 7am is OK later in the day It's hit or miss. The bathroom can be cleaner.“

I was a bit surprised that they didn't want to mark the stains that I pointed out similar to other dry cleaners instead stating that they would inspect and mark the stains later. I was a bit uncomfortable with the response but left the garment and they did a great job.“

“I walked into this store after going into another location just miles down the street and turned away because they said they couldn't do it. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and was told that it would take about a week to sew patches on my daughter's brand new varsity jacket with leather sleeves. When I mentioned that my daughter had a track meet on Saturday and was hoping to have it done by Friday, the nice women called their boss to see if it can be done and to ask if it could be done by Friday . He said he would try to get it done by Friday. It was done by Thursday morning!!! “GI-RO did an excellent job dry cleaning and pressing my suit. Last time, I took it to a nearby competitor, and they did a sloppy job with the pressing. My wife had to take out the iron and repress it. What did I pay for? At GI-RO, they emailed me when it was ready, and it was ready when promised! First time customer and received a coupon for next time!“
