I pulled one of my long time favorite satin dresses out of my closet to wear for my birthday. Unbeknownst to me, there was a 10 year old white wine stain on it! I brought the dress in, sheepishly, and asked if anything could be done. I got a call a few days later and apparently dry cleaning it wasn’t cutting it so they asked for my permission to wet clean it. I was scared.I was even more scared to pick it up the next week, fearing the worst. To my joy, they were able to take the stain out and the dress looks brand new! I’m extremely happy with the communication and professionalism. I highly recommend coming here!
