I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and was told that it would take about a week to sew patches on my daughter's brand new varsity jacket with leather sleeves. I was a bit surprised that they didn't want to mark the stains that I pointed out similar to other dry cleaners instead stating that they would inspect and mark the stains later. I was a bit uncomfortable with the response but left the garment and they did a great job.“
