Secondly, when I walked into the office I was greeted with the standard paperwork, but when I met the OD, Matthew Horowitz, I thought this is a mild mannered man. His examination of my vision was thorough. Being 58 now (but often still feeling much younger) I find it helpful when professionals step up to do their job which put me at such ease.
