Went here on Monday November 4th 2024 with my mom. I needed new glasses and had to get a new prescription. Made our appointment online, which was easy, although the confirmation email made it to my spam folder, and it took a bit to find what it was. We also chose this place because my insurance covered this place, and I wanted to try another place after being treated poorly at past places. First off, very busy place, and it took about 2 hours total for the whole visit (which was fine, just suggest to not make an appointment if one is in a rush.) I wasn't. but people can be.
