My sister, Nadia came to Sterling to have a few glasses repaired. As an avid reviewer, she wanted this review to receive a broad range of acknowledgement.Kanela Siskos serviced her during her visit. She was amazing on all levels. Kanela was courteous, pleasant, resourceful and so on point with the final performance of her sunglasses and glasses. Highly recommend the store and service of Kanela. Excellent customer experience.

So very happy to come here after a TERRIBLE time with LensCrafters Macys in Paramus NJ. I went in just a week ago and met with the caring owner. She helped me pick out sunglasses, explained EVERYTHING in detail from the types of shades, polarization, explaining my prescription, and everything that went wrong with LensCrafters. She even printed out my insurance coverage and thoroughly explained what is covered. I got my sunglasses in 1 week, which was shorter than expected. You only get this type of caring and personal treatment at small businesses!! So happy to support. I will be coming back in the future and with my family as well. Thank you Sterling Optical!

Very helpful staff. Exceptional/comprehensive eye exam. Extensive frame selection and my lenses were perfectly ground. My GVS plan was honored and my second (uninsured) pair of glasses were very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
