A few months ago I needed to replace a battery in my UPS. I bought one on Amazon but it arrived completely dead. Given that I couldn't use my server until I got my UPS back up and running I called RefurbUPS as I knew that they are local to me. They were really responsive and helped me get a new APC battery within a few hours that I was able to pick up from their warehouse as they are a local Rockland County business. More recently when my second UPS unit had a relay fail I reached out to Peter via email on a Saturday. He got back to me within a few minutes with a very affordable replacement option and I was able to stop by their offices the following Monday to pick up a refurbished APC Back UPS Pro BR1300G. Peter was incredibly helpful in answering my questions as I was coming from a slightly higher rated BR1500G so I was concerned about the negligible differences between the two models. Both my new battery and replacement UPS work great. I'm always glad to support a local small business, especially one with such excellent customer service. They even took my old dead UPS and a dead battery to recycle for me at no charge!

Highly recommend. Called after Roto Rooter wanted to charge $1800 for hydro jet clean out of storm drain based on very little info. Absolutely used traditional snake at $300. While issue wound up being collapsed pipe, serviceman helped trace where collapse was to help make for relatively easy repair.

Simone was awesome. Got my items dry clean and laundered wonderfully. I would recommend this place over any other in the area. When I first went in she also asked if I wanted the shirts starched - which no other dry cleaner has ever asked. Quality was great. The value was also as expected for any dry cleaner.
OMG - These guys are completely amazing!I have an old house with difficult windows - not only did they get them clean - and I mean sparkling - but they were able to work with some old storm window coverings that had not been cleaned in 5+ years.My rooms have so much more light!They showed up exactly on time and were fast, polite and careful of my things. Anything that was moved was put back.Would 100% recommend and will be using them again.VERY happy!
