The experience at this location was top tier. They were very efficient and friendly in helping me in what I was looking for and needed. The store manager Ammy was a great help in every step!
The staff and doctor were amazing. The staff helped make me feel comfortable when i was worried about getting glasses for the first time. We built good rapport and when i came back to pick up my glasses when they were ready she remembered me by name and went and got them right away. I HIGHLY suggest going to this team at West Nyack. I actually enjoyed this appointment.
Today I picked out a beautiful pair of glasses! Ammy the worker there was so nice! She sat with me while trying glasses on and was so helpful and help me choose the perfect pair. Ammy had such great customer services. I didnt feel rushed. I felt comfortable when deciding on the pair. Ammy is so smiling and friendly. Cant express how grateful I am. Thank you Ammy for today! And Yes ill return for another pair when its time get another pair in the future!
