5/26/2023Penny's Salon went way up on their prices. At my last appt the price went up $15.00. I am a regular customer, no advance notice was given. They don't post their price list either. I will be going elsewhere! Don't like their deceptive practices.Services: Haircut

Three strikes you're OUT! Tried to give this place and K a try. Went there for two haircuts. Not bad, not great. Allowed her to do my highlites. After telling her the color I wanted, I got yellow. Yikes. Sloppy job too. Bleeding, gloppy, not good. Third haircut, totally jacked. Went back to have her fix it. Its better but I'm done with JCP salon. Disappointed with lack of ability and professionalism.

Let me start by saying it was not easy finding the salon in the store. I personally don't think it was clearly mapped out. I was very happy with my blowout and curls. I was a little nervous when I first got there and they couldn't find my appointment. I was treated respectfully and got exactly what I wanted. The stylist was pleasant and told me everything she was doing and showed me photos of what she could do.
