Stopped in to find a pair of selvedge jeans, was assisted by salesperson Princessa who helped me pick out the perfect pair of Hiroshi Kato jeans. She took her time, was friendly and more stores could use someone like her, a rare find nowadays.

On July 23rd I picked up my order inside for the first time as I usually opt for curbside. It was a pleasant experience. The wait time was about the same as curbside but I was pleasantly surprised during my observation by the friendly and professional handling of customers. I also made a purchase in the lingerie department and encountered a very lovely sales associate. Then, I had to return 1 item on the 24th and it was effortless. Again, very friendly and helpful staff.
