Used to be a better store. However lately, they don't have a big selection on sizes. Every piece of clothing for sale ranges from small to X Large. Except for the older stock on Sale the're trying to sell.
Went there to return an item as Penney charges $8 to return online order by mail. Store was easy to get to, easy to park which was free, easy access store from lot. Not a bad experience overall.
It's a regular JCPenney. Nothing fancy. But yes it's clean, neat and organized. Good Sales everyday. Lately Roosevelt Field Mall JCPenney has been so bland, nothing new,
