The staff makes conversations that allow clients to feel included and heard, with nothing about the experience feeling forced or transactional. Had a great experience at this salon. First of all it’s in a great neighborhood, just walking there from the train was so calming. I booked a leave out sew in with Sanassa and she did a great job. Checked in at every phase in the hair experience, got the style as I’d wanted and also checked if I was comfortable. It’s an over 1 hour trip for me but was well worth it. The ambiance in the salon is also amazing, well maintained and cleaned and for a weekend it wasn’t packed. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with big smiles and felt very comforted. The salon is beautiful! Tima and her assistant, Sanassa, were very sweet and attentive. Wine and all! I was so impressed by how fast and effortlessly Tima did my hair. Her hands are fast and MAGICAL. My hair looks natural and the braids lay so flat (thank you Sanassa). You can't tell I have extensions.
I drove an hour and a half away from Ct and the drive was worth it! After so many traumatic prior installs I finally found someone professional who knows what they are doing! Highly recommended.
