Since taking my trial class to try out I loved it. After losing a coach and not having as much motivation I kept looking for other gyms but working out at dream body was definitely it for me. It pushed me to change my scenery of what I was used to and was looking forward to book my classes! The trainers pushed me to keep going when I wanted to give up! Playlist is always on point which was something huge for me to keep going!
The manager Vale at Dream body is very sweet and made the process very easy! She brings such a light of joy to this atmosphere , she will come around while you doing the classes and keep motivating you to push through. And will keep you accountable for booking your classes!
Huge shoutout to Coach Letty for being an amazing trainer but also for making sure I always go heavy on the weights! Her support and dedication during class to help and support others to be a better version of themselves truly helps!

All trainers here are the best at what they do and will help you reach your goals! They will push you through the workouts , on correcting your form, and making sure you get your protein calories in while eating healthy with their meal plan and remind you to stay consistent and to keep coming in and showing up for yourself !

This is the first time hiring a contractor to do work in my home. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate all the hard work Mike and his team did for me. I was worried that the washer and dryer
I ordered would not fit in the space provided and that all the work would not be done in time for the delivery of the units. Mike and his team did not disappoint. All the work was completed on a timely basis from the plumbers, electricians etc. Also, we had an issue with our bathroom sink while they were working in my house that was not part of the job and they were able to fix that for me. By delivery day all the work was completed and the team installed the washer and dryer, stacked as promised and ready to go. That evening I was able to catch up on doing my laundry. Can’t say enough good things about Mike and his team. I am very satisfied with his service and I’m sure I’ll be using them again in the future to do work in my home.
I believe this is one of the best low profile personal training gyms in the area. Everyone is extremely friendly and they have a great training method that results in quick and efficient workouts that don’t injure you. Additionally, they have ton of free parking due to sharing a lot with the shopping center. They’re also right next to a planet fitness gym so if personal training isn’t your thing then that can always be a good plan B.
I had two total hip replacements. After going to a few of those Large PT establishments, standard procedure was to escort you to a non-private table amongst maybe 10 other patients who were there at the same time. You were met with different therapists each time and most were PT students. I was given apparatus such as rubber bands and balls where i worked alone . Sometimes they failed to come back and i would wait. My first encounter with Dr Acosta's office was over the phone -where I was met by his very kind and attentive Office Manager. She made my appt and checked my insurance credentials , while making me feel welcome and cared for. The next day, she verified my coverages and it was apparent made me feel that compensation did not trump care. What can I sat about Dr Acosta, he is the first therapist i have met that engages in Hands On therapy, working my leg with his help. He moved my leg and showed me how to get the most out of every exercise. Dr Acosta managed to pinpoint exactly where the root of my pain was stemming . Throughout my routine , Dr Acosta remained on hand to watch and made sure my movements were done correctly. Dr Acosta completely loves his work and when you leave, you feel personally cared for. I will wish I had known him earlier when I had my first hip replacement.The office only holds 3 patients at a time, so it's never crowded but he is BOOKED SOLID.There is also free parking. I cannot recommend Dr Acosta more highly.if you are seeking genuine hands-on care, give his office a call.
I can’t say enough good things about Bill White Roofing! Their customer service was absolutely amazing. They came out the same day, went up on the roof, and quickly identified a small hole that two other companies completely missed. Both of those companies quoted me around $2,500, saying I would need to remove fascia and gutters—without even inspecting the roof properly. Bill White Roofing was honest, straightforward, and saved me from unnecessary work and costs. It’s so refreshing to deal with people who truly care about doing the right thing. Yesterday I took my 3 yrs old son to the barbershop yesterday to get a hair cut for the first time So we walked in and we spoke to the barber name Steve and he did a wonderful job on my son hair at first, I thought it wasn’t gonna go well because my son does not stay still for anybody to do his hair but when I saw him get into that chair, He cried a little bit but soon as he saw himself in the mirror, he was OK so I knew he was ready So I want to say Steve thank you very very much. Arnoldos was professional, courteous, fast, and tidy. They cut down my tree and ground the stump. The crew was knowledgeable and on point. And the price was great. They are not trying to empty your pockets, bank account, piggybank, and wherever else you put your money just to cut a tree. I appreciated them and would recommend them to others.

I have been going here since it open and always am happy with the result. What is really great is today I realized they have a small corner that they make keys, which is convenient. I was so happy because the nearest key makers are at least 10 to 15 blocks away.
