A few years back I called this company to help my grandmother in flushing fix her water heater in her basement. A plumber named Mike i believed managed to identify the problem by replace the ball valve for the water heater ,not charging much and leaving with a pleasant satisfaction to our family. Thanks to him I got inspired to enter the trade and now I am in california practicing this beautiful art. Thank you Pro - Tech ! thank you mike !
