Yallll 10 , 10sss across the board !!! Very professional; ebony , Tracy genie is alll a breath of fresh air !!! They GET IT . Literally any style , any color, shape ! They get it 10 outta 1000 pleaseeeee go get your wig . Period !!
I came to new star to make a u-part wig, I was greet with captioned services. Staff was knowledgable and offered me options on what I needed. Wig was completed in 1 day. Will be coming back soon.
After finding them on Instagram, I decided to visit New Star to have a wig made, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, everyone involved was thorough, patient, and, most importantly, professional.
The front desk associate, Najah, took her time answering all of my questions and let me explore the different types of hair, closures, frontals, and premade wigs. She was very knowledgeable about both the services and the products, which made the whole process feel easy and comfortable.
