She is , literally, available 24/7 for any questions or concerns the nurse may have. Michelle has extensive knowledge, is patient, understanding and will always take the time to help her nurses. Michelle is always available for anything the nurses needs in regards to their client's care and education. Allure has a very impressive client base. Clients that require extensive medical care in the home, VIP clients, clients from all mutlicultural and socio economic backgrounds. Allure's geographic base is very impressive, Allure covers all 5 Boroughs. Allure's management team offers 24/7 support to their nurse's. Educational classes whenever you need a refresher course. They are always flexible and work so hard in scheduling nurses' clients close to where the RN lives. But I know most of the RN's will gladly travel to any of the 5 boroughs. I work with one scheduler, Yafresi. Yafresi consistently keeps a calm, patient, warm, cheery and professional demeanor with all her nurses. She is amazing in terms of being sensitive to the nurse's work needs, hours requested and even tries to schedule clients near the nurses' home. Allure takes 100% care of their nurses. Thank You! “I recently used the Home Instead Forest Hills, NY office after a recent knee replacement surgery. After this type of surgery it is difficult to get around the house etc (especially in the first 1-2 weeks) and I found the care givers provided by this Home Instead Office to be extremely helpful in these early days post-procedure. All the care givers provided were very attentive and caring (I also used a few overnight shifts which can be needed) and they assisted with all the normal post-procedure requirements and also were very good at other tasks such as picking up medications etc. And the staff in the Office (including Mike) were very seamless and pleasurable to deal with.
