I recently came across this business when I was in the area. I was looking for a facial and Li Bin (I think she goes by Lily?) was able to accommodate me and my friend on a short notice. She is a small business owner and I love supporting small businesses. It was a little hard to find her shop but when you go to the 3rd floor in queens crossing, you can look for signs for suite 3F (long hall way) to her room which is all the way at the end. At first I was a little skeptical because trusting people with your face is not easy but I was willing to try it because I was in need of a refresh. From booking the appointment to being attended to, the staff were all round friendly and very professional. Plus the environment is clean and well maintained. Looking forward to coming back again
