Came in for haircut looking for Derrick he is specialized in fades and texturizing. While I got the cut my girl was waiting so she ended up getting a beautiful hair color from a colorist named Kent. We both got a nice cut and color while waiting definitely recommend and bring my family.

Been going to Fancy Wave Beauty Salon for quite a few months now, I lived in Flushing for a few years and after my personal barber relocated to Boston I was need of a solid barber. That's when I came upon Derrick Chan via social media, after visiting this guys, his the real deal. Especially being that I'm American of African descent so of course I'm peculiar with who gives me cuts as it's not a simply task. After being impressed with how he gave me a solid drop fade and a few other kinds of fades anit nobody else in Flushing coming close. Highly recommend Derrick ! Everyone at Fancy Wave Hair Salon is professional and courteous. I have been a customer of Derrick and his group for years. Derrick is a great professional and is meticulous in everything he does. He listens and also will advise to further enhance your results. Derrick and the group at Fancy Wave provide total services across the Salon spectrum. Men’s and Women’s services are available. The staff is friendly and kind and Derrick manages a great staff of Salon Professionals. I highly recommend Derrick and Fancy Wave Salon to all. Derrick never disappoints!
