Every time they cut my hair either they mess up one side and it has to be cut even shorter than I want it or it is crooked. This being said I now only go for wash and blow dry which normally costs me $15. Which is a good deal for a wash, massage, and blow dry. This time the girl literally washed my hair in less than 5 minutes, no massage and passed me along to get my hair blow dried. I was pissed and they said it was because they were busy. So busy that they could wash, massage, cut and blow dry for both my mom and aunt. Oh and to top it off charged my $17 this time. Would have given them two stars if it wasn't for the young guy that cuts all my male cousins' hair. They come out looking decent ever time.
