I’ve been going to this salon for years to get my mani pedi. The staff always do an amazing job at getting the design that you want and they also recommend which nail colors suit the nails. They speak good English and there’s hardly ever a wait even when you walk in. Would highly recommend if you’re a local in this area!
I have been going here for over 5 years. Everyone is friendly. I get extensive designs and my nails always look on point. The price is incredibly fair. Anywhere else you go (Manhattan or deeper in the city) they charge double what they charge here. My nails last me one month which is incredible and the salon is clean. Every single person treats me with respect and if I ever have an issue with my nail I go back and they happily help. My mom also always goes here and we always leave incredibly happy.
Li is extremely rude and unprofessional. She could have a better grasp on English and gets dismissive and combative when she can’t communicate well enough to resolve customer issues.
When Tina isn’t here she’s in charge and she’s not a good manager. I saw her bully a pregnant client before my simple request turned into a debate… when I told her she increased the nail repair price that Tina normally charges me, she told me to come back when Tina is here. I waited 4 days for my appointment with the nail tech I do normally go to… so disrespectful.
