I don't know what happened. Maybe the girls are too tired or something, but my gel hasn't lasted, not even a week. and they are not good. The nail polish is coming off and cracking so easily.

Have been a customer for years. Tina and Tracy are very precise but some of the other people rush and do aren’t so neat, however they’re all generally very polite.Problems I have are they are often late on appointments, they now charge extra to file a nail shape besides square (CRAZY!) and once I heard the manager chastising a nail tech for not up-charging me, and she doesn’t know I speak and understand Spanish. Beware and ask how much for your service before you let them do it.

I do not get my nails done often so when I walked in I was asking how much everything would cost. I was told that the acrylic with a plain basecoat would be $85 and that the design I wanted would make an additional charge. I was serviced immediately and the woman who was doing my nails, seemed friendly at first. I had asked her if she was gonna cut my nails or my cuticles because she went straight to gluing tips on.
