customer service was phenomenal. I had a 9:30am appointment and got started right away. my nail tech was shakhlo and i showed her a picture and she did exactly that. i would highly recommend. Also i received tea and chocolate yumm!
I had a great experience for a hard gel manicure at Royal Beauty Studio. The place looks absolutely beautifully decorated. A big thank you to Madina for her exceptional work. Her professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were evident throughout the service. She made sure every aspect of the manicure was perfect and her friendly approach added to the overall pleasant experience. This is the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. The decor is beautiful, staff is pleasant and they double checked to make sure I’m always happy! Their work is superb! I always get compliments!
