Do yourself a favor and never come here to get your hair dyed, it’s not a matter of if they’ll ruin it but when. They will give you red roots every single time and will ruin your hair. I had been going to get my hair colored for months, last week I came in with copper hair and just wanted a retouch and to get my roots done and was forced to leave with dark ashy brown and that was after being persistent that they fix my hair because it was three different colors. Then they tried to upcharge me for their mistake, I can’t believe I even payed

Horrible experience. Showed them what haircut i wanted. Dismissed it and just did whatever to my hair. I was disappointed and pissed. They are LUCKY to get a tip from me, knowing that im being nice. I wanted to keep length in my hair and utterly disappointed me. DO NOT go here EVER. I can cut hair better than this place. Trust me.

Damaged my hair didn’t color my hair the color I wanted and plus they gave me green highlights instead of the highlights I was expecting. And left my back head purple. Planing on coming back here to go complain to the ling lings. The ends of my hair is split ends. I warn you guys do not come here and I didn’t even see the reviews before coming here. Do not waste ur money here, they will be nice to you but do garbage on ur hair. Go somewhere else!

Be aware of this store, if they don't tell how much they'd charge at beginning, it would be a rip-off at the end... Took my kid for a highlight, which she did it 3 years ago ($40 only for 4 string of hair), and this time we didn't satisfy with the result, as they didn't really care what color we wanted, even though they tried to fix it.... Eventually they charged $180, very disappointing!!

Don’t let them touch your hair, they’ll ruin it. I got the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Showed him a reference picture and this is the cut they gave me. Mind you, I started with long hair.

She spent no more than 10 minutes cutting my hair. Curled it before letting me see how the cut was. It was cheap at $20, but you get what you pay for
