“I was loooong overdue for a basic cut, so I checked in for an appt online. Upon arrival, Devine helped me right away and was very warm and friendly. Service was fast and efficient. Once I got home, I realized I didn't quite love the cut (not because Devine did anything wrong, it just didn't feel quite right), so I called first thing the next morning and went in for an adjustment.
