Kerri was awesome & knew exactly what I was wanting. This salon has always been good to me. I’m happy to have come back to the same people & great service after living away.
I had a truly terrible haircut here, and I told myself I wouldn't crash out, but on the verge of tears I called the next morning to see if someone else could look at it and potentially fix it. The manager said there weren't any spots until the following week, but she called me back and had me come in to see her the next day. Within 20 minutes, she had my hair looking the way I asked and intended! I couldn't be more grateful, am still so happy with how it turned out, and have received SO MANY compliments in the weeks since then. I'll be much more picky with my stylist, but I'm impressed with the customer service and the want to make it right when something isn't handled...read full review
Kelley is my hair stylist and does an excellent job everytime I've seen her. Very personable, great sense of humor, and always on time. The salon is conveniently located and well kept.
