“After my poor review I posted the next morning I received a phone call from the manager. She apologized and said that she would like me to come in so she would fix my haircut free of charge. I went in and Molly did an amazing job! I absolutely love the cut. It turns out she loves to texture hair and is excellent at it too. Molly also took her time and asked me many questions so she could cut it correctly. I didn’t feel like she was in a rush for the next customer. It was a much better experience. I will definitely go back again. I would also highly recommend going to Molly if you have long, thick hair that needs to be textured. Thank you Molly for the much better experience and taking time out of your schedule to fix my haircut.“
