“I stumbled upon this place back in February when I needed an emergency appointment because I decided to cut my own hair and needed it fixed ASAP. The owner, Katie, welcomed me in with open arms. The moment I sat in her chair and started talking to her, I instantly felt comfortable because she listened to me without any judgment. I walked in crying and walked out smiling. I have personally never felt so comfortable in a salon before.

One thing I love about this salon is how welcoming they are from the moment you walk in. After checking in, they offer you coffee, tea, water, and snacks, which is such a nice touch. It really makes the salon feel warm and inviting.

I felt so comfortable that I ended up booking a hair color consultation with her to talk about what I wanted to do. She listened to me while also giving her professional insight on what would look best. This is the first place I’ve been to that uses your eye color and skin tone to help color match your hair. I absolutely LOVE my new hair thanks to Katie and Grace. During my appointment, they noticed I had finished my coffee and Katie even offered to make me another cup. It’s little things like that that make the experience feel so personal and comfortable.

After my appointment, I noticed one side of my face-framing pieces looked slightly off. I reached out to Katie and talked to her about it. She got me in the very next day, sat me down, asked what was bothering me, and listened while I explained what I was seeing. She fixed it for me right away.“

I don’t usually wear makeup and was nervous about having it professionally done for my wedding, but Stacey listened to my concerns and gave me the most beautiful, natural look—better than I ever imagined! And even with my large wedding party, we were ready well ahead of schedule.
