“My husband and I had an amazing experience at this optical location. The receptionist was beyond knowledgeable, kind-hearted, respectful and professional. She made me feel like family. She understood the symptoms I had described to her and she helped me and my husband pick out the perfect frames. She was wonderful to my son and had made sure he was entertained and cared for. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well, very polite, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Julia was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind-hearted. I am picking this location to be my primary Optical clinic.“

Despite the heat (and no AC!), they took care of me with smiles on their faces. They helped me pick out frames that fit both my face and my budget. Customer service was A+ all the way! But seriously -- please fix the AC in that store. It's not fair to the workers or us customers. I had to wait to see a doctor in that heat, and I can only imagine what the staff deal with all day.
