“Dr. William Boyczuk and his staff treated my husband Mike with the utmost courtesy, professionalism and good cheer during Mike's tooth extraction. Dr. Boyczuk handled the procedure with great skill; the extraction took only a few minutes and Mike said it was virtually painless. The staff went above and beyond accomodating us after Mike's appointment when the wheelchair van we had booked for a return trip home (Mike is disabled) was running more than an hour late to pick us up, necessitating one of the ladies on staff to wait with us past the office's closing time! “After 2 visits to specialists for severe sinus and jaw pain, I was told to see my dentist. Even tho I had been a patient there for several years, the earliest appointment they offered was almost 2 weeks out. I told the receptionist I was in severe pain and she said she'd put me on the cancellation list. When I asked if they recommended an emergency clinic in case this thing blew up over the holiday weekend, she said 2 weeks really isn't that long. That was it. I got online and saw that WM had emergency appointments. They are an established practice with dentists that stay with them, unlike the trending dental office conglomerates with dentist du jour. I was seen the next day and was totally blown away by the caring, compassionate, and professional attitude shown by everybody there. Once the dentist diagnosed what my problems were, a comprehensive treatment plan was offered. Everything was my decision. There was no pressure for me to switch over to their practice for all my dental care, but I did so. They were there for a total stranger's time of need, and did so with soothing care.“

My dentist Dr. Falsetti is also amazing. My teeth are very important to me... and I feel as if my teeth and oral health are very important to HIM as well. This is soooo rare these days !! I appreciate his kind demeanor intelligent approach to oral care... as well as his ability to make me feel like we WILL find an answer to whatever issue or question I have. No matter how odd it may sound. I will continue to come to this location as long as Dr. Falsetti is here ??‍♂️✨️

The hygienist who clean my teeth are very calming and make me feel comfortable, as I am very skittish. But they always seem to find a way to meet you at your level... and treat people wirh special needs here very gently.
