“After 2 visits to specialists for severe sinus and jaw pain, I was told to see my dentist. Even tho I had been a patient there for several years, the earliest appointment they offered was almost 2 weeks out. I told the receptionist I was in severe pain and she said she'd put me on the cancellation list. When I asked if they recommended an emergency clinic in case this thing blew up over the holiday weekend, she said 2 weeks really isn't that long. That was it. I got online and saw that WM had emergency appointments. They are an established practice with dentists that stay with them, unlike the trending dental office conglomerates with dentist du jour. I was seen the next day and was totally blown away by the caring, compassionate, and professional attitude shown by everybody there. Once the dentist diagnosed what my problems were, a comprehensive treatment plan was offered. Everything was my decision. There was no pressure for me to switch over to their practice for all my dental care, but I did so. They were there for a total stranger's time of need, and did so with soothing care.“
