“I have been seeing chiropractors for many years. Dr. Scott is the holy grail. He is like a magician. His energy is so warm and welcoming. His practice is peaceful with gorgeous plants, crystals, art collected on his travels, and music to put you at ease. He also carries tinctures and tonics, offering anything you may need. This doctor uses his hands and chiropractic instruments to do things I never knew were even possible. He plays the human body so easily as if it is an instrument, an extension of himself. The man is an absolute master and he is as healing mentally as he is physically. He just makes you feel better in every way; I don’t even want to leave the office lol. I cannot say enough about Dr. Scott, a true healer, gentleman, and scholar; the rarest gem. He makes you feel like yourself again, and who wouldn’t also like to see the sweet little pooch, Charlie.“

I wasn't even an existing patient and he got me in same day (during his lunch). Besides resolving my back issue in a few closely spaced visits, he resolved a long-standing shoulder issue I casually mentioned. “Dr. Sofos is by FAR the most legitimate chiropractor I've experienced. For 2.5 years I searched for a chiropractor from Westchester to Manhattan following my car accident in 2020. Every single one came off as a car salesman more invested in milking me for all my money than improving my health. I experienced shocking tactics from these \\\"chiropractors\\\" from free visits in exchange for 5 star reviews, to locking me into a payment plan for the next year of care (regardless of if I would respond to treatment), to charging me $300 for an xray before they would adjust me just to adjust me anyway after I refused. I never experienced this with Dr. Sofos. It actually felt MEDICAL as opposed to sales-y. From the moment we met, he was professional and personable. He did an initial examination of my back, sent me for muscle stimulation and heat therapy before adjusting my back, talking through specific nerves and areas of my back with visual aid, and then teaching and assigning me stretches to do for my specific pain. “When I first met with Dr Paule, I was unable to stand longer than 15 mins without excruciating pain and had to restrict personal activities due to my constant back pain (and this was after 6 months of treatment from an orthopedic specialist with no improvement).
