My brand new cars brake master cylinder decided to stop working while out in the city. I would never have made it to the dealership I bought my car from (Sun Chevy), so I looked for the closest Chevy dealership (West Herr of East Syracuse) and drove there since my car was under GM warranty. I was greeted by a service member named Alessio who was exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. He sent me home with a similar vehicle to use while making repairs. He returned calls and communicated to me what was going on throughout the process and I’ve never had better service. Thanks so much Alessio!!
