Your in great hands here. Bob and Jay took the time to figure out the issues with APU. Alternator from first week, couple other codes. It’s been looked at a couple times since I received it bran new. If you’re looking for honest people that understand how the new ones work this location knows how to get down to the problems and fix it correctly not just pass it along.
Get there first thing in the morning as it is first come first serve.
Came in last week to fix my APU, called 1 day in advance asking if possible to schedule an appointment for the following day. The lady who answered, she was polite, respectful and gave me an appointment. Also the guy who worked on my APU did a fantastic job, he did it fast and told me the reason it wasn't turning on was because of a faulty fuel pump.
This by far is my go to stop when I need to work on my APU next time.
Excellent service! The staff was very professional and friendly. They accepted me quickly, diagnosed the problem fast, and fixed it efficiently. Experienced technicians and great customer service. Highly recommend this Thermo King location!
