Beginning with Alicia in the service department admin…she began the process with a calm and patient demeanor. Mike, a service advisor further assured me by giving me options and reliable information, he took the time to explain all things relating to my situation. Later his information was confirmed to be true. I’ve had previous dealings with Anthony, the head manager, and he is kind and very experienced always putting customer needs first. Thanks Burdick Lexus for a wonderful customer experience!

The staff at Burdick Lexus service are absolutely amazing. Kept me in the loop the entire process and had a great price. They also completed the service on my LS430 in a timely manner. Keep it up, you guys and gals are awesome!

Stellar service department, throughout the 25 years I've been driving RX SUVs from Burdick. Mike, the current service manager, is great to work with, explains everything clearly, checks with me after diagnosing things before proceeding. Prices are reasonable, the loaner vehicles are always good, and they'll squeeze you in if there's a pop-up problem. They'll also go to bat for you if there's something that they believe really shouldn't have failed though it is out of warranty -- absolutely awesome!
