I stumbled upon this place back in February when I needed an emergency appointment because I decided to cut my own hair and needed it fixed ASAP. The owner, Katie, welcomed me in with open arms. The moment I sat in her chair and started talking to her, I instantly felt comfortable because she listened to me without any judgment. I walked in crying and walked out smiling. I have personally never felt so comfortable in a salon before.

I was wanting to cut my hair short and was nervous about finding the right person to do it, but Madison did an amazing job! My hair is wavy/curly and she really helped bring my vision to life. I loved my haircut and recently went back for a trim and had another great experience! Definitely recommend Madison for curly hair!
I had another amazing experience at Image Solutions Salon — somehow it was even better than the last. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel so taken care of. They’re constantly checking in, offering drinks and snacks, and making sure you have everything you need. At one point I literally had two people blow-drying my hair — that’s how full-service and attentive they are.
