I was in the hunt for someone to do my kitchen backsplash tile, and found Rick Marzano online and gave him a call due to his positive reviews I read. I received a phone call back within two hours of leaving Rick a message. This mill was complete opposite and AMAZING! All the way from the care they take from sample packaging, quote process, to the order taken, updates on delivery, and the product itself is gorgeous , the product went together very nicely we purchased a heart pine engineered floor and looks seamless the color is the right color tone for the wood as well!
