From start to finish, they were extremely professional and very reasonable priced. He took the time and patience to explain exactly how the dress was preserved, showed me everything in detail and made sure I understood how to properly store and care for it. That kind of personal attention means so much. He even helped me bring the preserved dress out to my car which I truly appreciated. “Neddy altered my wedding dress and did an amazing job. She was attentive to details I didnt even notice and was transparent with timelines on when I could expect the dress to be done. I think others get turned off by her directness but I would much rather someone be honest with me than not, especially when it comes to dress alterations. The only tip I’d share is to make an appointment well in advance especially if your trying to get one for wedding season. For context, I called her in mid March to make an appointment for early April for my June wedding and by the time I called in mid March she was already filling up. Also her prices are very reasonable, she was charging a fraction of what my wedding dress designer was charging for what I needed done. I would highly recommend Neddy and will be back for any other alterations I need!“

“The cleaners here are responsible with your clothes and it comes out fresh and on time. The only issue I'd have here is the price of getting a suit dry cleaned which was more than $20. Wish it was more of a competitive market but if you need dry cleaning done fast and done right regardless of price, this is your spot!“

“I have been coming here for years and they are AMAZING! This is the kind of place where they will know you quickly and you will feel like family. Always timely and great service with wonderful on site alterations.

As for the review complaining that their alterations weren’t done on time, what the post failed to mention was that the tailor had gotten into a terrible car accident and totaled her car the evening before and was in the hospital. I know because I also had a stack of pants that I was scheduled to pick up that Saturday evening (a rush job I had dropped off the week prior with 10 pairs of pants because I’m vertically challenged). I got a call first thing in the morning apologizing profusely for the inconvenience and explaining what had happened. In my opinion the only appropriate response was really “I hope she’s ok.” I picked up my pants 2 weeks later (because I was traveling and out of town the week in between so I told them to take their time) and they were all ready and beautifully done.

10 out of 10 would recommend their dry cleaning and their tailor who has always gotten my stuff done (frequently and often with a rush).“

“I had previously purchased a dress online but measured my bust wrong. When the dress arrived it was too small on top and would not close at all. I contacted the company and to my dismay, they told me the dress is discontinued and that I could not order the next size up. I was distraught as I LOVED this dress. My fiancé recommended we go to his cleaners to see if Nadia can work her magic. And let me tell you, magic she did! I knew this was going to be a daunting task. The dress needed fabric added to the side panels in order to for it to close. It also needed to be hemmed and the off the shoulder sleeves needed to be shortened. Nadia had us come for multiple fittings to make sure everything was working/ fitting the way we needed it to. She was extremely professional, kind and hard working. She got the dress done in time for my 30th birthday photoshoot (she was extremely busy at the time and was able to fit us in which I was very grateful for). The dress came out absolutely PERFECT. She was able to make the dress fit and was even able to give the dress a little train! I will forever recommend Nadia and all the staff (we also had the dress dry cleaned) at American Dry Cleaners. Our experience there was impeccable and we have absolutely NO complaints.“
