“Great place for PT. Had to get a large tumor removed from the inside of the head of my shoulder. Surgeon had to add a plate and 9 screws to hold it together. Upon starting, I only had 30-40% ROM in that arm. Within 2 months of PT I have my ROM back and feel great. The staff there are great. Matt and Chris are very knowledgeable and work with you at your own pace. Lisa on the front end was always pleasant and accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll be going back should I need PT in the future.“

I am a high school athlete and I went in for a running analysis after an injury and Chris helped to identify weaknesses in my running and provided a strength training program and running plan to help get and keep me injury-free. The one-on-one sessions are great and makes the training personalized, and Chris listens to your goals, questions, concerns, etc. to make your training successful. They are very knowledgeable and the facilities/equipment are great. I would highly recommend Rehab and Performance Academy.“
