“Cary and his team at Lifetime Siding, Roofing, and Construction did such a great job! We needed our gutter repaired and a corner siding replaced ( birds were building nests in that corner). Cary was able to come out within 30 minutes and gave us an estimate. Even indicated that he could put a new jacket on our crumbling chimney while his team were on the roof! The quote was unbelievable! We agreed to the work. The estimated project date was after labor day.

Cary surprised us when he called a few hours later indicating that his team could come out the next day (on a Saturday) and work on the house! We couldn't be more ecstatic with the news.

Cary and his team were efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They tightened up all the gutter, removed and replaced rotten wood on the left side of the house, installed a concrete jacket to our chimney and closed off and replaced the missing siding. They were respectful of the property and cleaned up any debris that came from the project. And to top it off, there was a 25 year warranty on the work!! “Besroi removed my existing old roof and discovered spaced barn wood underneath. A new layer of plywood needed to be added to the whole roof. “A coworker recommended. Aerial when I was getting estimates for my roof. He was very pleased with the work that they did for him. I am also very pleased that I went with Aerial Roofing. The replacement roof was expensive but that's the way it is 2023. Aerial worked with me to pick the best time for the project and showed up on time as expected. They had a large crew and completed my roof in 2 days. Tearing off a roof is a messy job, but they cleaned up my property after the first day and then did a very very thorough cleanup the second day upon completion. The roof looks great! I am certain it will last a very long time and that I won't have to worry about it ever again! “Our project included complete residing of our house, all new gutters, 5 windows replaced, the roof over the sunporch replaced and a storm door replaced.
Throughout the process, from contacting Stockmohr in August 2024, to the completion of the project in July 2025, everyone at Stockmohr was friendly, professional, accommodating and helpful. Emmett Sweet, our main contact at Stockmohr, was especially helpful throughout. He carefully explained all our options, showed us samples of the various alternatives and detailed the differences in costs. In addition he stayed in contact through to the end of the project.
During construction, the various crews that worked on the house were friendly, professional and respectful of us and our property. The window installers, in particular, did an excellent job installing them and melding them with the windows' existing interior trim. At the end of the project, Emmett walked through the finished product with us and listed any concerns we had. A crew was sent out and addressed those concerns.
Just one small negative, not about Stockmohr, but about the 3/4 view, Provia Spectrum Storm door that replaced one from our kitchen to a small deck. The original crew had problems installing it. A separate crew came out and worked on it, fixing some corner joins that didn't align properly and making sure that the door closed as it should. Although, it is a marked improvement over the door it replaced, one of its features does not work all the time. The smaller lower window is designed to lift and bring up an attached screen. We thought it would be a nice feature to have a smaller air flow at a low level. Once opened, the window has a tendency to slip back down almost closing. If we knew that beforehand, we would not have gone with that feature.
Having said that, I and my wife highly recommend Stockmohr for any project you may have.“

“I originally contacted LJ Construction to get an estimate on replacing my roof. The estimate was thorough and reasonable. All of the workers were very polite and friendly. They cleaned up every night and did a great job. Lucas came and checked their work and made sure that I was happy. I then saw that they did bathroom and kitchen remodels.
