City of Dunkirk admittedly caused a sewer backup into our basement. Malcolm and Chris came that Friday evening and spent several hours cleaning and sanitizing the area. Malcolm then returned for another three days to ensure it was thoroughly completed. He even gave general cleaning instructions and advice. An overall outstanding, professional job, and we highly recommend Malcolm and Servpro.
A couple months ago my girlfriends computer started randomly restarting, we tried to fix it ourselves by talking to friends, asking Facebook groups, testing different components, and buying new parts. We weren't able to figure out the issue so a few weeks ago I reached out to George. He was very friendly and agreed to take the computer and see what was going on with it. After a couple days of him having the computer and running tests he got back to me and found out exactly what the problem was. It turned out her CPU was failing on us. George was great with his communication and diagnostics! He had an extra CPU on hand and we ended up buying that one from him. We have had the computer back for a couple weeks and have had no issues since. I highly recommend contacting George if you have any issues with your computer, he is very friendly and great at what he does. Thank you so much George!
I’m not a fan of going to the Dentist but this is my favorite office ! They are very gentle and make u feel comfortable! I would recommend this place to anyone . All the staff is nice

Had some gutter installed by them and held up very well to ice, heavier gauge metal than regular gutters, I would recommend if your looking for a upgrade.

They take care of their customers, they have taken care of me for almost 3 years. Once, when I was late due to forgetting about the bill, they were forgiving and just asked for the cost when I showed up months later. It wasn’t that I was avoiding the bill, I just forgot and a bill wasn’t sent.
I had one slight issue where I wasn’t scheduled in because they were booked out for weeks and forgot to pencil me in. After calling once a couple weeks later, I was immediately fit in as available. I called around the time they told me I would be serviced and they took care of me within a couple days. There was no discussion, it was just “you promised this” and they honored their promise!
Dr. Johnson was very helpful when I brought my baby in. The news ended up being not so great, but she helped navigate the next steps. Nicole the vet tech was so caring and helpful. 10/10
