LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I called through a referral from another company I've worked with in the past that was unable to help me. I had my Hot Water Tank blow out the bottom and flood my basement on a Friday afternoon. Derek returned my call within an hour and within 3hrs I had hot water again. I have 3 children under the age of 3 and with the amount of laundry, dishes and bath giving I do on a daily basis, I couldn't go even 24hrs without hot water. He came right away, did the job he was asked to do and was in and out within less than an hour. I’ve been dealing with sewer backing up in my basement drain for the last 2 weeks, and other companies have come out and the issue was solved for a day before my sewer started to back up again as soon as I took a shower. I called Casale at 8am on Monday and Travis and Derrick were able to come out the same morning. They cleared my main sewer line from inside and outside the house and scoped the pipe to confirm the work was done and the pipes were in good condition. We have used Casale Plumbing and Heating for 11yrs. We have always been satisfied with their work. Last week they installed a 18,000 BTU Mitsubishi unit. We love it. It cools quickly and quietly.
