I've been to massages and reiki here! Always good.
specifically though, Elizabeth at JP Energies, through Inner Balance is truly amazing. I was honestly hesitant about Reiki going in, but the experience has been incredibly grounding and healing. Elizabeth immediately puts you at ease, and what I appreciate most is that she meets you exactly where you are—religiously, spiritually, or not at all. As a Christian, I never felt awkward or pressured in any way. Her focus is simply on helping your body heal.

This is my 3rd time having a massage by Denali and every time it’s amazing. She always leaves me feeling extremely relaxed. Her space is so well decorated too and reminds me of the Tuscan countryside. I highly recommend a visit. There’s a reason I’m a repeat customer.
