We are pleased to recommend Amherst Exterminators based upon our recent experience. We had a non emergency situation arise and called at around 7 pm We were pleasantly surprised to receive a return call at 8 am the next day. A two person crew was dispatched to our home soon afterwards. Both men were polite and respectful, and we were provided with a thorough explanation of the plan of attack. The work was completed in about an hour, and we are happy to report that problem has not recovered.
I called at 8:30 in the morning to ask about getting my house sprayed. Ken had Vinny out at my house by 1:00. Vinny was extremely professional and answered all my questions. The whole interaction was very positive and I will not use another company for any of my pest control needs. Would recommend to anybody.
