Amy is very responsive and coordinates our services with timely communication. Our technician, Jeff, is courteous and professional. Our dog gets excitable and barks when new people come to the house. Jeff is understanding and lets her greet him so she is comfortable. This past service I forgot to move our items away from the house (partly due to forgetfulness and due to injuring my foot). Jeff kindly moved everything! Very happy with the ongoing results of our pest treatment. We used to have a HUGE stink bug problem and we now hardly have any.
