I became frustrated and brought the laptop to "The Computer Shop," where I met "Joe," the owner and fixer. Joe examined, explained, and provided me with a solution regarding my malfunctioning keyboard. The keyboard had to be replaced. Joe immediately ordered the part and loaned me an external keyboard in the meantime. Joe notified me when the part arrived and informed me that installation would take 3-4 hours. I dropped off my laptop and ran errands since there are many businesses in the vicinity. Joe promptly notified me when my laptop was ready for pickup.I would highly recommend this small but big business to others. Joe is knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and affordable.
