“Was having an issue with my laptop. Was looking to drop off at shop in east fishkill my when I found out they are located upstate now. They took time to walk me through how to reboot the computer over the phone. They walk me through & fixed my issue without even charging me. I can’t say enough good things about this company & how professional they are! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book!”
“I really appreciated the communication and level of service from this tech company. After our laptop was damaged by a spill, Anthony and his team recovered the information and set up a new laptop for us.While I was getting some things up and running on my own, I locked myself out of the laptop!! Anthony quickly resolved the issue remotely. I really appreciated this!Though all things related to tech can be pricey, I felt comfortable with Anthony and his team because they communicated effectively and honestly while kindly answering my questions.”
